to you it is warm
sitting by the fireside
it terrifies me

    Disturbing thoughts! I love a campfire, but there is a terrifying power in fire. Nice!

    I love fires but having lost my home to a fire I know that fear as well and our home was in a forest double scary! But we may conquer just a bit of that fear by writing so keep it up!

    My brother lives in southern California... I'm nice and safe in Nj. Wildfires are scary.

    Fires can be beautiful, but when out of control, they are a power to reckon with like none other! I can understand the terror of it ... Well done!
